Frequently asked questions

When is Black Friday 2026?
Black Friday falls on 27 November 2026 this year. Many shops start their promotions a week or more ahead, and Cyber Monday follows on 30 November 2026.
Is Black Friday really cheaper?
Sometimes. Some discounts are real, others start from a price that was raised a few weeks earlier. That's why we compare with the prices of the last 60 days, not with a shop's crossed-out price.
How do I know if a discount is real?
Look at the lowest price of the past weeks, not the crossed-out price. A shop announcing a price reduction has to show the lowest price of the previous 30 days (an EU rule). Our check looks back 60 days, across all Belgian online shops together.
What does the verdict mean?
The usual price is the median of the lowest price per day over the last 60 days. Real deal: at least 3% under the usual price and the lowest price of those 60 days. Good price: at least 3% under the usual price. Usual price: between 3% under and 10% over the usual price. Was cheaper before: at least 10% over the usual price.
Where do the prices come from?
Every morning we collect the prices from the Belgian online shops we work with and keep the lowest price of each day. Procently may earn a commission when you buy through us. That changes nothing about the price you pay, or the verdict.
